Beach Resorts in Arizona

There are sandy beaches on several of Arizona's lakes and rivers but there is only one real beach resort in the state, a planned resort development on the shore of Lake Havasu.

Nautical Inn on Lake Havasu
The Nautical Inn on Lake Havasu is the only real beachfront resort in Arizona. It was built in the 1960's to house prospective buyers of Lake Havasu area land. At the time it was built it only had 16 rooms, but today it 139 rooms and suites, all with balconies overlooking Lake Havasu.
