The copper mining town of Ajo was founded in 1900, and it
is located south of Phoenix
and west of Tucson, near the Mexican boarder
in Pima County, Arizona.

Native American reservations, a casino, and the border
town of Sonoita, Mexico, which is 40 miles south of Ajo.
